Happy Birthday

Today I have a different style of Birthday card for you.

This one uses the Simply Score Tool with the diagonal plate.  I made an envelope first and then decorated the inside.  You probably can't put this one in the mail though unless you used an larger envelope.

I got the idea from Melva Peters from a card she did for a swap at convention.  I just thought it was really neat and want to share it with you.

Stamps: Bright Blossoms (c – 125497, w – 125495, p. 82, 2012-2013 AC), World Treasures ( c-126767, w-126765, p98, 2012-2013 AC)
Paper: Rich Razzleberry, Whisper White, Daffodil Delight, Lucky Limeade, Summer Smooches DSP
Ink: Rich Razzleberry, Daffodil Delight
Accessories: Big Shot, Apothecary Accents Framelits, Designer Frames Emboss Folder,  Clear Faceted Button, Rhinestone,(coloured with permanent marker), Daffodil Delight and Lucky Limeade markers, Island Indigo Ruffled Ribbon, Daffodil Delight1/4” Grosgrain Ribbon, White Bakers Twine, 1/2” Circle punch, Itty Bitty Punch set, Lucky Limeade 1/8” Ribbon (discontinued), Simply Score Tool, Simply Score Diagonal Tool

I added a scrunched flower to the front of the card using the Blossom Punch, Daffodil Delight and Lucky Limeade.  These flowers are so easy to make and they make a nice addition to a card or a package.  I made the leaves using the Lucky Limeade ribbon from Sale-a-Bration and made two loops and then adhered them to the back of the flower.

The closure is attached at the back and looped with Baker's Twine.

The size of the card is 4-3/8 x 5-3/4 the same size as an envelope to fit a 4-1/4" x 5-1/2" A2 card

I hope that you will try this fun fold card.
