  1. Thank you for the award Karen, that is so sweet of you.
Wishing you and all your family a very Happy New Year up there in my homeland, LOL.
Wave to my mom and dad for me will you, LOL

  2. How fun to read your fabulous facts! Congrats on your award!

  3. Oh Karen, thanks so much for the award! I just received it from someone else too several weeks ago - I'm so blessed! My 8 things aren't near as exciting as yours though. Love the one about the retirement and doing the Panama Canal! First of all, you'll LOVE the retirement part! I wouldn't trade for that (unless, of course, it involved a little more money! LOL) And as far as Panama. I actually lived there for a little over a year (my husband (at the time) was in the Navy). It's an experience of a lifetime - and the canal is wonderful! You will really enjoy that.
Thanks so much again for the award and for visiting my blog! Hope you have a Happy New Year.

  4. It is so much fun, Karen, learning about you in the fun facts you have chosen to share!! Congratulations on this wonderful award!

  5. Thank you Karen,
I have never received an award like this before so will work out what I need to do. I truly appreciate it!
I love that you have long term friends as I too have a friend from my childhood and even though we are separated by 1000km one phone call and she would be here and vice versa.
Now as to retirement - It is the start of your next life's adventure! "Oh the tings's you can do" as Dr Suess says.

I am glad you like my blog. I love writing it and have now got a second one going too! Don't ask about the things that I don't do!
It allows me to also write about another world that I love.

Anyway again thank you!Your feedback always motivates me. Happy New Year to you and yours.

  6. Happy New Year and Congratulations Karen on the award, you are so deserving and what a Stylish Award to receive.
