Good Days Off

Hi Everyone:  Well, I have had 4 days off and thoroughly enjoyed every moment.  I did manage to get some card making done....preparing for a class on May 6th.  We will be doing Mother's Day cards and man cards that can be used for Father's Day, Birthday or whatever occasion you may have.

I have another Easter card to share.  This one uses the Faux Mother of Pearl technique.  We will be using this technique in the class on May 6th.

Stamps: Something to Celebrate (Hostess Level 2 Occasions Mini), Easter Blossoms (c – 122057 - $22.95, w – 121905 - $31.95 Occasions Mini p17)
Paper:  Whisper White, Always Artichoke, Sahara Sand, Pink Pirouette - Subtle DSP
Ink: Black Stazon, So Saffron, Pretty in Pink, Basic Black
Accessories: Big Shot, Elegant Bouquet EF, Oval Punch, Scallop Oval Punch, Always Artichoke Seam Binding Ribbon, Frost White Shimmer Paint, Pink Pirouette Marker

    In response to Jane's question, I sponged Pretty in Pink and Sahara Sand ink after the Frosted White Shimmer paint dried. I used glossy white paper. I then coloured in the blossoms with the Pink Pirouette marker.
