The first monthly Hostess Club was a success from all aspects. Everyone had fun, lots of chatter (friends catching up after the summer) and the 3 cards and 3-D item that we created. Yeh! for stamping.
The card this evening is a Christmas card (trying to get ahead of the game, if that is even possible).
The Snow Buddy stamp set is so cute and you will see him and his Snow Buddy in other posts.
I also used the new Very Vanilla Velvet Ribbon. It is so soft and just says Christmas. The card is also sprayed with the Champagne Shimmer Mist which is diluted with rubbing alcohol.

This is a delightful card Karen! I love the snowman and the colors you used. I agree with ou about it getting dark so early, I hate to see summer end. Winter is way too long for me. I am a warm weather girl.
ReplyDeleteOH! what lovely snowflakes! They remind me of a few felt ones I have tucked away. I need to remember them and use them!!
ReplyDeleteKaren this is too cute!
ReplyDeleteI just LOVE snowman ... and yours is darling. Love the coloring and the pearly snowflake is the finishing touch.
PS: I have to try your tip about diluting the shimmer mist with alcohol. Sounds great, as sometimes I think I overspray things, and this might be my saving grace! Hugs.
