Last Christmas Card and Two Challenges

Hi Everyone:  Well, I have done my last Christmas card for 2011...it's been a blast.  I may have to do some more tags if I buy any more gifts.

My card today was based on 2 challenges, The Paper Players colour challenge and the Split Coast Stampers Free for All Challenge.

Ann Schach over at the Paper Players has a great colour challenge using Gold, Cherry Cobbler and Very Vanilla.  Perfect for Christmas cards.

Over at Split Coast Stampers, Wendybell's challenge is Winter Flowers.  What says Winter Flowers more than Poinsettias.
Stamps: Hello Doily (w – 122845, $21.95 p. 127, 2011-2012 IB&C), Build A Blossom (c-121994, $22.95, w – 121923, $31.95 p. 112, 2011-2012 IB&C), Tiny Tags (c-118592, $20.95, w – 118091, $27.95 p. 136, 2011-2012 IB&C)
Paper: Very Vanilla, Always Artichoke, Cherry Cobbler, Brushed Gold
Ink: Always Artichoke, Cherry Cobbler
Accessories: Big Shot, Vintage Wall Paper Embossing Folder, Versa-mark, Clear Embossing Powder, Gold Embossing Powder, Crochet Trim, Pearls, Vintage Trinkets, Blossom Petals Builder, Jewelry Tag Punch,

The Cherry Cobbler card stock was embossed and then distressed to give that vintage look and then to complete the look the doily stamp stamped on Brushed Gold and embossed with Clear Embossing Powder.  The Poinsettia's petals were stamped using Versamark and embossed as well with the Clear Embossing Powder and punched out using the Blossom Petals Builder punch.

Now I am off to wrap some more gifts and hopefully that will be all finished today.

Until next time.....
