Ice Cream Cone Card for a Summer Birthday

Who doesn't like ice cream in the Summer?  It's refreshing, cooling and drippy and it just goes along with hot, carefree summer days.

Do you know someone who is celebrating a summer birthday, then, this is a card you need to try out.

This card is easy and summer is all about being easy and simple.  With just a few simple tools, you can create this card.

Stamps: Petite Pairs (c – 122497, w – 122495, p. 134, 2012-2013 AC
Paper: Crumb Cake, Very Vanilla, Chocolate Chip, Regal Rose, Real Red
Ink: Chocolate Chip, Crumb Cake
Accessories: Big Shot, Square Lattice Folder, Petal Cone Bigz L, 2-1/2” Circle Punch, 2-3/8 Scallop Circle Punch, Extra Large Tag Punch, Cupcake Builder Punch, Crystal Effects, White Gel Pen, Brad, Scallop Dots Ribbon,  Dazzling  Details



Cut one cone using the petal cone die and cut off one of the flaps, run through the Big Shot using the Square Lattice Folder, fold and secure the 2 edges together with adhesive.

Cut one piece using the petal cone die and trim to fit inside the assembled cone.  

The ice cream scoops are sponged with Crumb Cake ink, the circles were given texture with the scallop circle punch and dazzling details randomly added to the scoops of ice cream.

Of course, the cherry is the added touch.
