Tuesday Tips and Techniques - How to use Shimmer Paints

A few weeks ago, I wrote a post on this Christmas card where I used Stampin' Up! Platinum Shimmer Paint.



Today, I have a video that shows you how I used the Platinum Shimmer paint and created shimmer and dimension on the tree.
