Hi Everyone, I have been missing from the Blogging land for the past week. I finally painted the kitchen so the renos are finished and I just need to do a few other things. I will have pictures at the end of this post.
So when I say Blog or Craft...I decided to craft and hence the missing from Blogging Land.
The share today is a set of cards done with the Easy Events stamp set. This is a versatile stamp set as it covers 8 different events. The cards can be as easy or as difficult as you want. I used the Note Card Set from Stampin' Up! This set comes with 20 5" x 3-1/2" cards and envelopes. These are great to have on hand for a quick and easy card.

You will notice on the right side of the picture, there appears to be an envelope, well, that is partly right. It is an envelope box to hold the cards and envelops from the Easy Events set. I will have the details in my next post.
Now, on to my kitchen renos.
The counter tops are darker than they appear in the photos. They reflect the light and this is what makes them appear lighter.
Your cards are super cute! I like the tile back splash in your new kitchen.
ReplyDeleteWoot woot for the new kitchen! That's always fun! And you still have time to craft with painting and renew - awesome!! I have wondered where you were and glad all is well, just life's busy-ness :) x0x0
ReplyDeleteYour cards are all gorgeous!
ReplyDeleteKitchen is looking good too.
Karen Love your card set! This is one of my favorite things to give as a gift. Who wouldn't love a set of all occasion cards. They are adorable. I clicked on the photo to enlarge and checked out everyone. Looking forward to your packaging tips. I'm always looking for new ways to deliver this great gift idea.
ReplyDeleteYour kitchen looks fabulous! I'm jealous of your cool tile back splash...(some day for me). Your counters looks terrific too... and very neat I might add! Hugs.
PS: thanks for always stopping and leaving a sweet comment too. hugs.
Pretty cards and such cute images! Kitchen looks great too!
ReplyDeleteWhat wonderful work with these delightful images!!!
ReplyDeleteI love your kitchen!! I know you are going to enjoy it immensely!!
I think this is a dilema we all face at times Karen, and I am so pleased you chose crafting, because your cards showcase this set beautifully and I love seeing your work. I love how each of these are so different in colour and design. It looks like a wonderful set to own.
ReplyDeleteWow...fabulous cards, Karen! I saw your kitchen pictures on facebook. I LOVE the backsplash!
ReplyDeleteWouldn't it be good if time was flexible and you could either stretch the rope or haul it in depending on your day? On a Bookwork day it would be strained tight I can tell you and crafting time would be double!
ReplyDeleteYour cards are terrfic and I am envious of your great new kitchen!I had tile splashbacks in our previous home and they worked so well!
Have fun no matter what you do!
