It did snow up there today but there are a few bare spots and now that the weather is turning nice in the valley, one forgets that there is still snow on the mountains.
The card I am sharing today is the monthly Tangled Up in Creativity March challenge. Dawn over at Sunnyside Up is hosting this month. The theme is "March comes in like a lion and goes out like a lamb" or vice versa depending on what the weather was like March 1st. We also have to do something with the ribbon.
I picked the Robin who is a good indication that Spring is on its way. The weather for us at the beginning of March was like the lion and we can only hope that it goes out like a lamb.

It's difficult to see, but the Early Espresso was stamped with the floral image from Nature Walk using Versa Mark. This stamp set has really grown on me over the past month and have found myself going to quite frequently.
This stamp set is still available until April 30th so don't delay.
Hope the sun is shining where you are. So until next time....
I love your interpretation of Dawn's Challenge Karen. And the birds certainly herald in the spring such as this sweet one on your card. I love how you have just a spot of spring colours on your card. We are waiting for Autumn to arrive here, its been still quite warm.
ReplyDeleteSo pretty Karen! Love that image - and keep thinking I ought to go ahead and order it before it's too late. Lovely card.

I live in Manitoba and still have snowbanks over 5 feet tall. But I do think Spring is on its way. I am now following you from SC #381
